The officers of the Main Division of Juvenile Affairs of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained E.A. (DoB: 2001) on charges of attempted premeditated murder.
The crime committed envisages from 16 to 20 years or life-long imprisonment.
The investigation established that in Tbilisi the accused on the ground of conflict inflicted bodily injuries to the neighbors - brothers V.G. (DoB: 2001) and P. G. (DoB: 2003) with a cold weapon and fled from the crime scene. The injured persons were provided with appropriate medical care at the medical facility, their lives and health are not in danger.
The law enforcers detained E.A. in several hours after the crime took place.
Investigation is in progress under the sub-clause “b”, part 2 and sub-clause “a”, part 3 of the Article 19-109 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
